Through dedicated courses focused on Clinical Improvements through a quality improvement lens, students are introduced to many methodologies to improve their care delivery across the Healthcare sector.

Our purpose is to help you find the right training class that will deliver the biggest impact in improving your care delivery skills and knowledge. Our courses are grounded in the Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning and specifically geared toward adult learners in professional settings. 

Develop Training offers various methodologies and tools to support healthcare workers to create an excellent care environment through the enhancement of their clinical skills and abilities. These skills are fully recognized across the healthcare job market, enabling individuals to seek positions with additional responsibilities and higher remuneration scales.

The Care Delivery Training program is designed to provide health workers with the knowledge and capacity to recognize gaps in care approaches and them implement improvement with a specific focus on critical clinical outcome areas. The program is offered to teams within healthcare organizations to produced a common language and approach to the consistent delivery of care. Upon completion of the program, healthcare provider teams will be proficient in analyzing their data to design and track care pathways as well as planning and implementing the initiatives identified. These skills are ital to healthcare staff and offer candidates better employment opportunities both within their current envirmoent as well as other health care settings. 

The Program is divided into 5 Leaning Modules, with a quiz at the end of each Modules to verify the progress and learning across the organization.

The Care Improvement Training Program is divided into 5 Modules. This model is designed to offer each participant methods and approaches through the typical life-cycle of an initiative. The entire program will be delivered in a 12-day format, over the course of 3 months. Each Module will be comprised of didactic learning and activity to provide experience and to solidify the learning and create confidence. At the completion of each Module, the participants will be required to complete a short quiz to review the contents of that Module.

Susan Jackson:

Susan holds a degree in Social Work and has a long professional background in supporting teams to achieve organizational outcomes. Susan is a Lean Yellow Belt and has had extensive training in Negotiations and Human Resources. Susan is passionate about helping individuals to achieve their professional goals of quality approaches to the workplace. Susan is a tireless advocate fr ongoing education in professional settings, and thrives on offering individuals insights into how to navigate and provide value in professional settings.

Patsy Morrow:

Patsy has a very diverse background in Healthcare and Quality Improvement, beginning her career at MOHLTC- Fiscal Strategies Bank and Performance Improvement and Compliance Branch, as well as Health Quality Ontario. Patsy is an accredited Improvement Advisor Professional (IHI) as well as Prosci Change Management Certified. Patsy has taught over 200 courses in Quality Care Delivery and Lean (White, Yellow and Green Belt) levels over the past 15 years. 

Patsy's teaching style is engaging and offers students experience across the Healthcare sector. Patsy is passionate about supporting staff, and is committed to creating a great leaning experience.
